COVID-19

We endeavour to ensure that all items are posted in a timely manner however due to the current Covid-19 situation normal delivery times may be longer than usual. With that being the case, should your item(s) not arrive within the usual timeframe then we ask that you please be patient.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Parcels are sent via Australia Post, hence we are subject to their transit times. Delivery time frames may vary depending on delivery location.

We aim to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days and supply you with a tracking number.

While Bonza Slot Cars and Hobbies takes extra care to ensure that customer receive their orders promptly, there are certain aspects beyond our control that can have an effect on deliveries being despatched and received on time.

Orders are shipped using Standard Delivery, however we offer an ‘Express Post’ option – ( extra charge ).

Bonza Slot Cars & Hobbies acknowledge that we have an obligation to ensure customers receive their orders, however while Australia Post are usually efficient circumstances beyond our control may arise resulting in your parcel getting lost or damaged during transit. Should this occur then, we will work with you to resolve the situation.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Bonza Slot Cars & Hobbies will not be held responsible for importation taxes or duties incurred in your country. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s tax and import laws prior to purchasing as we don’t want you to have any nasty surprises when your parcel arrives.

SHIPPING COSTS

We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, but we may make adjustments where needed depending on the size and weight of your order

Postage costs calculations are obtained directly from Australia Post and are charged per item weight. With that being the case, we understand that there may be times when the some orders containing multiple items may experience a higher postage cost than otherwise expected.

Unfortunately Bonza Slot Cars & Hobbies has no control over the postage calculations sent to us by Australia Post, however please feel free to contact us directly should you have any concerns.

INSURANCE

  • We will always give you the option of insuring your order.
  • You will forfeit the right to make a claim against Bonza Slot Cars & Hobbies should you choose not to take up insurance. You will not be able to make a claim against Bonza Slot Cars & Hobbies for lost or damaged items

RETURNS POLICY

In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind, we will be happy to accept your return and we will refund you the item value upon its arrival. The item / items must be unused in its / their original undamaged packaging and returned within 14 days.

Please be aware that the Returns or Exchange of goods will not be accepted or honoured if the items have been used or defaced in any way.

* Any freight costs will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
* Special orders cannot be returned.
* Items marked as non-returnable
